Howard Boone

Howard Boone (82) was born June 19, 1933, to Daniel and Bertha (Massie) Boone in Anderson, Co., TX. He was raised in the Mound City Community and attended school in Slocum. On August 16, 1957, Howard married his sweetheart Sherry and to this union three (3) children were born. Howard was a hardworking carpenter who loved life and his family. Left to cherish his memories are (3) sons Eddie (Judy) Boone, Elkhart, TX, Ronald (Zara) Boone, and Danny (Lynn) Boone, Grapeland, TX; (1) brother Albert (Faye) Boone, Elkhart, TX; (3) grandchildren Christina, Amber and Brandon Boone; (5) sisters-in-law Helen Boone, Iowa, LA, Nancy Latham, Onalaska, TX, Rita Salmon, Joy Corman, Elkhart, TX, Linda Poole, Hinesville, GA; (2) brothers-in-law Bobby Wilmeth, Grapeland, TX and Gene Wilmeth, Elkhart, TX.
