CARMELA A. LEONARD, age 56, of Whitehall, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, March 19,2024 in Leigh High Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Carmela was born on August 17,1967 in Houston, Texas to Mr. Fred and Willie Taylor Leonard. She was the last born child to this union.

Carmela received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas Austin and received a Master’s degree from North Carolina State A & T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
