
Charles Fred “Suboo” Jackson was born on July 23, 1966, to Lonell and Ruthie Marie Jackson in Grapeland, Texas.
Suboo grew up in Grapeland, Texas, and attended Grapeland public schools. He loved football and played several positions for the Grapeland High School football team. He was a loyal Golden State Warrior fan.
Suboo relocated to Houston, Texas. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He was also a hard worker. He provided genuine love and care for everyone he met. In addition to the love for his family, his cheerfulness and glowing smile, his goodness of heart was evident to all mankind and he never met a stranger.
Suboo accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age and was baptized at New Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Germany, Texas.
Suboo is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Willie B. Jackson and Lonell Jackson; one sister, Ruthie Mae Davis; and his grandparents.
Suboo transitioned from life on earth to life eternal on January 25, 2020, in Crockett, Texas. Many memories are left to his sisters, Artie Simon (Charles) of Crockett, Texas, Sharon Jackson of Houston, Texas, and Tiffani Jackson Grady (Cedrick) of Dallas, Texas; his loving fiancée, Mary Wyatt; children, Giovanni Javon Jackson (age 3) of Crockett, Texas, Octavia Jackson (Arthur Scott) of Crockett, Texas, Roshaunda Abrams (Justin Abrams) of Tyler, Texas, Sherika Jackson of Crockett, Texas, and Dezman Johnson (Ilona David) of Palestine, Texas; stepchildren, Alexis Wyatt, Broderick Davis, and Demetrius Wyatt; sister-in-law, Mrs. Glenda Jackson; stepmother, Mrs. Robbie Jackson; special friends, Danny Ray Simon, Mrs. Margret Lewis, Dan, and Patricia Dixon, Preze “Candy” Davis, Sheree and Forrester Baker, Mike D., Keith Jones, Taco Man, Catfish, Phillip Dolphus, and John and Elaine Green; thirteen grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, other relatives, and friends.
