Jobie Taylor "Tobie"





Jobie Lee Taylor was born to  Ruben Taylor and Mollie M. Washington-Taylor on April 3rd, 1958. He was 11th out of 12 children. Jobie attended W.R. Banks High School. He was a member of St. John Baptist Church.


Jobie enjoyed life to the fullest. He was an entrepreneur, owning a local car wash. Jobie was a tough and hard-working man. He always took care of his family. Jobie loved all kinds of outdoor activities. Spending time in God’s nature was his favorite. Jobie was a fun man to be around. He loved to dress up and look cool.


He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Mollie Taylor; (5) sisters; and (5) brothers; and special son-in-law, Clarence Hill, Jr.


Left to continue his legacy are his wife, Johnnie Mae Bell; children, LaWayne Bell (Shataista), Jobbie Bell, Steven Bell (Mouna), Eric Bell, JoeAnna Bell, Jerome Bell, and Deianna Atkins; sisters, Rubie Lewis and Etta Taylor; (12) grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
