Kenneth McCullough passed away on October 17, 2024 after a long battle of sickness. Kenneth was born to McKinley McCullough, III and Gwendolyn Benton McCullough on February 24, 1967. Kenneth united with New Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at an early age, and attended school at Crockett, ISD.
Kenneth’s interest and love for automobiles kept him occupied. His car detailing skills and automobile repairing skills always kept him busy. He took pride in his work and always wanted to do the best job possible.
After his schooling Kenneth went to work at Evans Truck Stop where he worked for many years.
He relocated to Palestine, Texas; where he worked at many different places: Rick Hardy Auto, Sanders Tires & Wheels, and Shaver Auto.
Kenneth was known to many as “Zero”. There was never a dull moment when you were around Kenneth.
Kenneth’s family will remember as the man that loved to fix things over buying new. He valued hard work, and honesty.
His family was his main focus. He was a loving and caring father to all of his children, and they were his pride and joy!
Kenneth was a wonderful son, brother, father, grandfather, stepfather, uncle, and friend, who was loved by many.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Marie McCullough; two daughters, Kendra McCullough and LaKeisha McCullough, father, McKinley McCullough, III, his grandparents, and brother McKinley (Mack) Davis.
Left to cherish his memories is his Mother Gwendolyn Marcell McCullough, son, Kenneth McCullough, Jr., Crockett, TX, daughter, Tanisha McCullough, Huntsville, TX; stepsons Tyrell Beasley, Sr., Takaus Sims; stepdaughter Ebony Simpson (Larenzo); Fiance Faleisha Sims; brothers, Steven McCullough (Theresa), sister Sharon Benton, Sandra McCullough (Robert), Grapeland, TX, Kathy Simpson (Calvin), Crockett, TX, Amy Ryan (David), Crockett, TX, three (3) grandchildren, Nova McCullough, Demarion Brown, Rilynn McCullough, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Kenneth I remember when we first met as a child. Brother law I remember when you married my sister Janet . September 10, 1987 was the day y'all got married. Until she departed two years ago. You and my sister was together for 36 years and never divorced. Get your rest Brother law and tell my nieces and sister I love them.
