Roy H. Wilson

Roy H. Wilson (71) of Latexo passed on December 27, 2016. He was born in Winona, Mississippi, on October 9, 1945, to Elmer C. Wilson, Sr. and Lela May Wilson. Roy, known to his family as Roho and Will was a man with a big heart. He was a man who lived life to the fullest – from riding bulls to volunteer fireman, to search and rescue. He loved to help people. He was an avid outdoorsman that participated in many outdoor sportsman competitions and was a man that loved the Lord. He is preceded in death by his father, Elmer C. Wilson, Sr. mother, Lela Mae Wilson, sister, Nellie M. Curry, and brother Elmer C. Wilson Jr. He is survived by sisters, Ethel Surrency, Norma (Clyde) Taylor, Ann (James)Wright, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
